Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms are provided by the BlackPay team and govern your use of the BlackPay web app, API and companion Android app (together, “the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
BlackPay lets merchants generate UPI payment links and track and verify incoming payments across the providers they connect. BlackPay is a tracking and reconciliation tool — it is not a bank, payment aggregator or money transmitter, and it does not hold or settle your funds. Money moves directly between your customer and your own UPI/merchant account.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secret, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for business users aged 18 or over.
3. Acceptable use
- Only collect payments you are legally entitled to collect.
- Do not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful or prohibited business.
- Do not connect accounts or mailboxes you do not own or control.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its APIs.
4. Connected accounts and providers
Verification features depend on third-party providers (UPI apps, banks, Google). You are responsible for complying with those providers’ own terms. We cannot guarantee provider availability, and verification may be delayed or unavailable if a provider changes or blocks access.
5. Plans and payments
Some features require a paid plan with usage limits shown in the app. Plan fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plans or pricing with notice.
6. Availability and support
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Payment links expire after their configured window (currently 10 minutes) and unverified orders are marked failed automatically.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for payments that a provider fails to report, mis-reports or delays. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create legal or security risk.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. For questions, use the support links in the app or email support@mxpay.vip.
