BlackPay is a merchant payment management platform for connecting supported payment accounts, collecting payments through APIs, detecting supported transactions and maintaining payment records. Use the details below to reach the team behind it.
Email support
General support, account questions and integration help: support@mxpay.vip
We aim to reply to email within 1–2 business days. Please include your registered email address and, where relevant, the payment or order reference.
Chat support
Signed-in users also get Telegram and WhatsApp help links inside the app — open the dashboard and use the Help & support entry in the sidebar or the mobile menu. These contacts are maintained by the BlackPay team and may change.
Privacy, data access and deletion requests
For questions about what data BlackPay processes, to disconnect a linked account, or to request deletion of your account and associated records, email support@mxpay.vip from your registered address with the subject “Data request”. You can also delete connected merchant accounts, API keys and Google connections yourself from the dashboard at any time, and revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@mxpay.vip with the subject “Security” and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not disclose it publicly before we have had a chance to respond.
